When Halo Babies started in 2003, we had hosting problems out the wazoo! Bandwidth and server space were a constant worry. Ever since switching to Dreamhost for our serving needs, tracking our stats like MLG pros is a thing of the past. However, it still costs money and time to run a website like this, and all the costs for hosting come out of my own pocket. Any money that is donated is kept at our HBN Paypal account, and is used only for hosting fees, contest prizes, and future HBN-related projects.
I am using PayPal* for the donation transaction because it is renowned as the most safe and easy way to transfer funds online. In order to donate, you will have to create a PayPal account. This is free, easy, and has no strings attached. I also encourage you to include your personal information with your donation. This way, if we find a way to thank you in the future, we will be able to do so without the hassle of tracking the transactions!
